You can also specify the timeframe for the calculation. Either select the time interval from the combobox. Like "week" or "month". If you need custom time interval, click on the date range bellow the combobox:

You can also select which reasons/types of substitution you want to report:

Note: you can select if you want to show number of lessons when te teacher was absent(doing substitutions), number of days or both
