Publishing of the substitution is easy. Go to print tab, then select button TimeTables Online:

You will need to input name and password. The software will upload the selected date. If you need different date, you need to select it and then publish again.

After publishing,

1. the students and teachers can view the substitution online at your web page:
How can students/parents view the substitutions

2. the changes are automatically transferred into teachers daily plans
How can teacher view his/her substitutions

3. you can email/sms the changes directly to each teacher:
How can I send email/SMS substitution notifications

4. You can change what information will be available to public-users without login:
