You can create a remark for each day where you can specify some more instructions to students and teachers or where you can write down some very complicated swaps.

Go to menu Main/Tools:

You can also input the remark in print preview, right click at the top of the page or directly at the remark if you have already inputted one:

Using this way you can also change the font of the remark.
